**RETURN & REFUND POLICY**

We strictly adhere to a ‘closed box delivery’ policy, essential for ensuring product authenticity, customer privacy, and preventing product tampering or modification. If you encounter a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly follow the return process outlined below:

1.  If any defect is discovered (damaged/defective/wrong product) upon opening the box, immediately notify the “Customer Relationship Management Department” (via inbox or hotline +8801331080372) with accompanying picture/video proof.
2. The “Customer Relationship Management Department,” after consulting with management, will arrange for a product replacement or payment adjustment. The complaint is valid for 3 days from the product receiving date, specifically for defective/non-functioning items.
3. Products cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change in the buyer’s decision, dissatisfaction with color/design, or similar reasons.
4. The Return Policy becomes invalid once the seal is broken.
5. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may consider an exchange, subject to the payment of returning and resending costs. The feasibility of this exchange depends on the product type, associated risks, and Management discretion.

**How to send your product back to us? How much will it cost you? **

• You can return the product via Sundarban Courier Service within or outside Dhaka. 
• If your complaint is validated, the courier charges will be reimbursed later.
